Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Provider to lead our team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in our Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine departments. The role involves a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with 75% of the time dedicated to clinical duties and 25% to administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care to patients in urgent care and occupational medicine settings
• Lead and manage the team of APPs, offering mentorship and support
• Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance practice efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff for comprehensive patient care
• Monitor practice performance and implement improvement strategies
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
• Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of APPs

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies required

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an APP, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management software
