Our client requires their first In-House Recruiter, to take the recruitment off the P&C team and centralise the recruitment across the multi-site commercial company.
Reporting to the GM, Human Resources, embedded in a close-knit P&C team, you will be across and actively engaged in the end-to-end recruitment support for all recruitment across the business, mostly service, sales, and operational blue-collar roles. You will own recruitment-related projects such as in-house training for hiring managers, EVP, employer branding, optimising candidate experience, assessment centers, talent pooling, overseas hiring and expansion, and raising capability, compliance, and standards within the recruitment process. You will screen, interview, identify, engage and attract future talent for the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced high volume, blue collar or customer service, contact centre or related recruiter, with experience in end-to-end recruitment from either in-house or agency.
