My client is an Australian-owned clothing manufacturing company who are looking for their next Sales Support Officer. They believe in delivering the best quality and cost-effective products to their clients who span across multiple industries such as government, environmental and industrial.
Your new role
As the Sales Support Officer you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team with daily administrative tasks and customer service. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited too;

• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed.
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and your excellent communication skills will lead you to your success, as will;

• Ability to plan your work but prioritise tasks in order of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
