- Typing 65 WPM
- Review intake for Federal Independent Dispute Request (IDR) process
- Data entering submissions into tracking log
- Creating folders on the department shared drive
- Assist in the validation of the automated intake process
- Must be able to type 65 wpm
- Attetion to detail
