What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Manager position at Workforce Management?
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes by implementing regulatory agency regulations and good manufacturing practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Inspect the interior and exterior of the company’s physical facility to ensure that are following the safety standards.
· Conduct regular inspections of the interior and exterior of the company’s physical and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
· Coordinate with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and reporting requirements.
· Conduct visual inspections of employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure compliance with the security standards established in the company.
· Establish procedures to comply with federal and state regulations.
· Provide training to employees on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and regulatory requirements.
· Responsible for comparing the ergonomic equipment and informational material for different areas.
· Comply with safety rules that ensure a risk-free environment for all employees.
· Prepare the reports of the relevant regulatory agencies.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
· Follow and ensure compliance of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the current Food Safety System.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Use personal protective equipment at all times.
· Comply with the policies, procedures and processes.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
· Sit, stand, and/or walk for periods of five hours or more, move and examine objects at high and low reach, and read for periods of three hours or more.
· Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and balance. This position also requires manual dexterity/fine motor skills.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor of business administration with concentration in Management or associate degree in position related to sciences.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
