• Supervises distribution operation; Receiving, Picking, Assembly, and Shipping • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff to achieve performance goals

• Communicates with all departments to ensure picking, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, etc. are being processed in a timely matter

• Plans, organizes and supervises daily tasks to ensure timely and efficient operation, with ability to shift priorities and adjusting as workload demands

• Assist and implement changes as needed • Participates in continuously searching for process improvements

• Communicates with team, daily shipping issues, safety, workload, giving feedback, etc. • Ensures that WMS transactions are up to date; closing of inbounds/outbounds, pending putaway, etc.

• Confirms that equipment is maintained and kept in a usable state • Ensures DC organization, cleanliness, and safety

• Ensures that orders are picked, assembler, and shipped per customer requirements; carton labeling, pallet labeling, pallet height, loading, BOL, etc.

• Promotes teamwork environment

• Occasionally weekends needed

Pay: Up to $58,200.00 per year
