$22.00 - $23.50 per hour

Shifts:

7am -3pm, 3pm -11pm and 11pm -7am.

Required Documents to Bring to the Event.

• NYS CNA License and Registration
• CNA Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Government Photo ID
• An up-to-date physical (within the last year) that must indicate:
• PPD within the last year or chest x-ray if positive PPD within last 2 years
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella titers
• 2 Professional References Letters
• BLS Certification
• Proof of Vaccination Card
