** Manager Operations- Inventory Finance Processing Administrator**

** Day to Day**

The ideal candidate will effectively manage and continuously improve the processing of Inventory Finance business activity.

**Responsibilities:**

* Define, monitor, and manage member performance (with emphasis on processing accuracy) to meet hard month, quarterly and annual processing and reporting deadlines.

* Plan, structure, manage and control the department staff and processes in order to achieve the approved objectives, including creating OKRs and aligning with Commercial team expectations.

* Take the lead in vendor and dealer agreements on specific processing procedures with respect to impact on the team and internal partners.

* Agree with vendors and dealers on best way of processing specific arrangements. Understand the system abilities and limitations and be prepared to implement/defend activities.

* Report required and requested information to the parties concerned (account teams, finance, vendors, dealers, etc.)

* Change agent within the team with consistent look towards improving operational efficiencies and cost savings. Able to grow the managed portfolio without necessarily growing the size of the team.

* Ensures compliance with relevant policies, agreements, and guidelines.

* Able to communicate across several layers of the organization, including with the Local and Regional Management Teams.

** Essentials**

* Bachelors Degree in Business related field (Accounting, Finance, etc.) preferred, but will accept comparable work experience in positions of increasing responsibilities/oversight.

* >5 Years direct work related and management experience.

* 5% Travel to Vendor partners may be required.
