Position Overview

As the Partnership Executive, you will spearhead the conversion of potential partners into strategic allies, driving qualified lead generation within our dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

- Initiating contact with potential sales channels via email to establish rapport and schedule meetings, engaging in quality conversations.

- Presenting and advocating for our services and referral program with compelling arguments to both existing and prospective sales channels and their clientele.

- Cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with sales channels to foster collaboration and mutual success.

- Receiving prospects from Sales Channels and converting them into actionable leads for further development.

- Collaborating closely with Sales Operations and Sales teams to facilitate the closure of new leads, and with the Sourcing team to expand partner channels effectively.

- Proactively identifying, planning, and executing new lead generation initiatives in collaboration with the team, focusing on internal referral programs and broader business development efforts.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Account Management or Business Development roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.

- US Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with the US market.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, encompassing selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Organizational Skills: Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational capabilities to meet deadlines effectively.

- Autonomy and Detail Orientation: Ability to work autonomously and remotely, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to deadlines.

- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English is required.
