Benefits
Senior General Managers will supervise the General Managers of their satellite locations. Their supervision and leadership are vital to both the development of new General Managers and the production and profitability of their respective locations.
The Senior General Manager (SGM) reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Senior General Managers are to perform/participate in the following duties to support their satellite clubs:
Compensation: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Senior General Managers will supervise the General Managers of their satellite locations. Their supervision and leadership are vital to both the development of new General Managers and the production and profitability of their respective locations.
The Senior General Manager (SGM) reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Senior General Managers are to perform/participate in the following duties to support their satellite clubs:
- Production Calls with each GM once per week, focusing on the following KPIs:
- Referrals at Point of Sale
- Success Session ratio to new members
- ACH ratio
- Term Ratio
- Avg. Dues per membership
- Calls and appointments from Lead Generation
- Training and Development with each GM once per week, focusing on the following:
- Gym Audits every quarter
- Site visits once a month
- Payroll expenses to Budget expectations
- Updates of facility needs and maintenance issues – documentation
- Coordinate staff training needs and identify opportunities for growth
Compensation: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
