Current Opportunity: Financial Systems ManagerLocation: Raleigh, North Carolina.

What you will do: The WPO Financial Systems Manager supports WPO’s continued growth strategy by working with key stakeholders to support our existing NetSuite One World ERP system and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This position will be responsible for system configuration, upgrades, security administration, change management, monitoring, governance, and integration of NetSuite components with other internal systems such as UCMS and CRM/Dynamics. The successful candidate will work with internal and external customers to understand business needs, design, test and implement technical solutions that support needed integrations, reporting, and standardization of use across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the WPO NetSuite financial system, including system configuration, customization, and security settings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issue resolution, and technical support related to financial systems.
- Manage Finance Tech team which may include, but not limited to, a developer, system administrator and subscription operations specialist.
- Collaborate with other finance team leaders in overall optimization of NetSuite to increase departmental efficiencies by gathering requirements/needs and translating them into technical solutions within the system.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize system functionality and performance.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and enforcing appropriate access controls, user permissions, and data management processes.
- Customize and configure financial modules according to business requirements, including chart of accounts, financial reports, workflows, and dashboards.
- Manage data migration processes between systems (UCMS/CRM), including data extraction, transformation, and loading, to ensure seamless transfer of financial data.
- Provide training and support to finance end-users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.
- Assist with other special projects as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite System Administrator.
- NetSuite Certification a plus.
- A Collaborator who is also able to work independently in a challenging environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to evaluate systems, processes, and workflows to develop plans for change, improvement, and/or integration.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects while delivering work on time and of high quality.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization and deliver excellent customer service.
- Understanding of key business applications and related information technologies.
