WorkSolved Staffing is hiring multiple people for 1st & 2nd Assembly and Machine Operation Staff for a client on the NE side. These are full-time positions. Great opportunity to learn and expand your skillset! Air-conditioned environment.
As a team assembler, your main task is to hand-assemble either entire products or specific components of products. You will work as part of a team and be responsible for all the various tasks required in the assembly process. Unlike having a fixed role, you will rotate through different stations and perform a variety of tasks.
Typical Job Duties:

• Hand-assemble parts to create different sections of seats.
• Handle, install, position, move materials, and manipulate parts and equipment.
• Identify information, categorize, estimate, recognize differences or similarities, and detect changes in circumstances or events.
• Inspect seat equipment, structures, or materials to find repair needs or defects.
• Receive information from various sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

• Ability to organize things or actions according to specific rules or patterns.
• Ability to detect and address issues or potential problems.
• Ability to adjust machine controls precisely and quickly.
• Willingness to work overtime and extended hours when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Close-range vision to read and see details.
• Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, reaching, twisting, and grasping.
• Fast, repetitive finger, hand, and wrist movements.
• Ability to operate pneumatic tools.

Specifics:

• Pay rate: $16.00 for 1st shift,
• 2nd Shift $17.12/Hour
• 1st shift: 5:30am-4:00pm
• 2nd shift: 4:00pm-2:30am
• Monday-Thursday schedule
