Employer is seeking a dynamic, experienced Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of non-routine and skilled maintenance and repair activities on the facilities' buildings, grounds, and equipment.
The Maintenance Technician will report to the Facilities Director and work closely and collaboratively with the organization's staff members, campers, and guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Proven experience in maintenance and repair activities, at least 3 months.
-Must pass background and drug test.

DUTIES:

-Facility Upkeep: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of camp facilities, including cabins, restrooms, and common areas.
-Repairs: Conduct minor repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
-Grounds Maintenance: Maintain campgrounds by mowing lawns, trimming trees, and managing waste disposal.
-Equipment Management: Ensure all tools and maintenance equipment are in good working condition and properly stored.
-Prioritizes inclusivity within the work that is produced.
-Ability to be flexible and manage change
-Proven leadership and communication skills
-Ability to work in a team environment and to collaborate effectively with several different stakeholders.
-Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills

EMPLOYERS PREFERENCE:

-At least 2 years of experience in maintenance work preferred

HOURS:

-Full time, Year-round

PAY

-$19.00-$22.00 an hour.
