REQUIREMENTS:
* Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university
* State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License
* CPR certification
* Skill to utilize a play-based approach
* Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards
* Comfortable sharing spaces, and limited individual treatment rooms
PREFERENCES:
* Previous experience working in pediatrics preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to
learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply
JOB DUTIES:
* Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
* Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
* Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision,
and licensure requirements.
* Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
* Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
* Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
