caper, you will be responsible for leading various landscaping projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that each project is executed to the highest standards, meeting the specific needs and desires of the wedding venue. Mostly doing weekly Maintenace, any new projects will be supervised and guided by the leadership. Must be hands on and take things to hand when no other worker is available to finish the job when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and execute landscaping projects, including design, planting, irrigation, and maintenance.(training will be provided for all new hires) - Lead a team of venue/workers, providing guidance and instruction as needed - Communicate with leadership to understand their vision and provide professional advice - Ensure all work is completed within given time and needs to be - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools - Mow of all the lawn areas - Edge of all the lawn areas - Spray for weed control and hand pull when needed - Dead head and care for plants and flowers - Through knowledge of grass/lawn treatment (fertilization, weed control etc.) - Familiar with fertilization of lawns and plants including roses - Familiar with irrigation system and maintenance - Operate lawn owner and landscape need tools and machines - Be courteous to team members and clients when on the property - Any other duties as assigned Hours: - Part-time; to start it could 15 to 20 hours per week but can increase - Mostly 8 am to 5pm but sometimes can be earlier than 8 am and can be done earlier then 5 pm.
