RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Services Portfolio Management (75%)
Client Support: engage with a portfolio of PK-12 education sector clients on search and other time-bound talent project work. This support could be through your own clients or supporting the portfolio of your Director or Senior Director.
Sourcing Strategy: set strategy and support execution for best in class recruitment activities, including but not limited to headhunting, marketing, and promotion. May lean in on selection activities, like resume review and interviews, when needed.
External Engagement & Partners Cultivation (10%)
Social Media: build and maintain a robust social media presence, including promoting partner and WorkTogether activities and build thought leadership in our education talent space
Team & Systems Management: (15%)
Systems Support: utilize, and if necessary, create, strong systems to support data-driven decision making, including managing existing system maintenance
Vendor Engagement: serve as point of contact for Talent Services vendors, including recommending improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
Primary Qualifications:
Primary working location in Texas, required
Experience in the education sector, required
Experience with recruitment and search, preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills, required
Excellent project management skills
Additional Qualifications:
A high level of professionalism, customer service orientation and attention to detail
Strong understanding of Excel and GSuite, including but not limited to Google Drive, Docs and Sheets
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting best practices
A belief that every individual is uniquely gifted and has something of value to contribute to society
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with ambiguity
Independent, organized self-starter and problem-solver who takes the initiative to identify and assist in solving problems both within and beyond areas of responsibility
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and the highest ethical standards
Excitement to help scale WorkTogether and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems
This position is fully remote within the state of Texas
Compensation starts at $60,000
Reports directly to the Director or Senior Director, Talent Services
This role is completely remote, with less than 10% travel
