- Working closely with our senior project manager and different cross-departmental teams to support strategic projects from data analysis and strategy definition to implementation and ongoing process optimisation, e.g. in the area of additional guest services, in-room amenities and physical product improvements.
- Conduct relevant research and analysis to identify the potential of strategic projects and find creative and reasoned solutions for hands-on challenges in daily business.
- Assist our senior project manager in the evaluation, conception and implementation of operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and proposals.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on project progress and findings.
- Configure, update and standardize relevant information to our guests and optimize product-related communication strategies.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Innovation Management, Project Management, Tourism or a related field.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and a strong ability for conceptual work
- You have an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach for implementing projects with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- You are a team player that enjoys working with people from different departments and taking into account different perspectives
- Fluency in English and ideally German.
