Overview:
Immediate openings for Service Cashier. Will collect cash, credit, debit for all parts and service transactions. Must have excellent customer service skills. Service Cashier will also answer incoming calls, schedule appointments and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or take messages if needed. Must be able to communicate and build rapport with any and all customers. Apply within.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product information
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless sales, jewelry sales, or technology sales is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
