Overview:
We are seeking a Telephone Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service .
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
-Send Emails
-Send Text Messages
-Make appointments
-Provide information about products or services
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette
-Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English; in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in outbound calling or sales preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role
