Looking for a creative, talented, and passionate marketer with an emphasis on design and copy, to take the lead with the creation of emails, blog posts, website updates, marketing videos, marketing materials, and more!
Job Description
· Collaborates with the business unit, Marketing Director, and GM, to develop promotional emails and campaigns
· Writes blog content that tells our story; drives traffic and invites engagement with our various platforms
· Creates and maintains a flexible marketing schedule to coordinate emails, website updates, and blog posts
· Creates/edits promotional video content to share with our audience
· Assists with the creation of all marketing materials for our events
· Updates the World Class Vacations website on an as needed basis (HTML skills a plus but NOT required)
· Available to travel to All Events (Currently Disney World, New York City, Nashville) to capture content on-site and assist in the creation of engaging posts while our events are taking place
· Develop connections with employees and customers of Dance The World Events by WorldStrides and World Class Vacations by WorldStrides, to identify compelling stories and content that engages our customers and the public
· Monitor performance of email campaigns, and web content; develop periodic performance reports (Google Analytics, platform insights, and various social listening tools)
· Assist the Marketing Director, Event Sales Team, and Social Media Manager, with any other creative and digital services
Skills and Qualifications:
· Associate/Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Arts/Communications
· Strong Video Editing Skills in Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro
· Experience working with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar Email Marketing platforms
· Experience working in all Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (Canva has replaced these skills)
· Strong customer-service focus and interpersonal skills
· Detail Oriented with Strong Organizational Skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
