World Equestrian Center is Hiring a Private Dining and Reservations Coordinator - Stirrups Near Ocala, FL
The World Equestrian Center located in Ocala, Florida is searching for a Private Dining and Reservations Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator will be responsible for increasing revenue in Stirrups through organizing group dining and private events. Primary Responsibilities
Respond to all incoming private dining and restaurant reservation leads
Monitor restaurant phone calls and messages and booking reservations of all sizes
Secure repeat business from existing clients
Solicit for new private dining business
Conduct site tours
Negotiate contracts with clients
Promptly follow-up on client questions and correspondence no later than 3 hours during working hours
Book groups through Delphi to secure space
Monitor ticket sales through online portal
Create Restaurant Event Orders and distribute to appropriate departments
Create menus, print, cut, and distribute menus for restaurant reservation/group business
Assist in Stirrups Terrace Special Events such as Grand Prix Dining Experience, Passport Series, and other Special Events
Communicate with hotel departments on special requirements
Work closely with Audio Visual/IT, communicate client needs. Submit IT ticket/Request for every function requiring audio/visual needs
Ensure private dining events are entered in Open Table
Attend Stirrups meeting(s) regularly to communicate event details and special requirements
Print menu/ingredient cards and event signage
On-site execution of event(s)
Close working relationship with culinary and front of house team(s)
Assist Sommelier/Beverage Team during Private Dining/Large Group functions.
Additional tasks as requested by Stirrups/WEC Leadership

Ability to learn Delphi and other web-based management systems.
