World Gym in Kalispell is currently hiring an Operations Supervisor. It’s an amazing team of people at one of the Valley’s premier locally owned fitness locations.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- We are searching for someone with experience managing, and with solid and proven management skills.
- General computer proficiency. Running Membership, Financial, Inventory, etc. Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports, learning and using an industry-specific software system (Excel/Sheets, Word, etc.)
- Experience with financials reporting (budgets, P&Ls, etc.)
- Managing Sales & Marketing efforts including CRM management, social media, and so forth.
- Managing and overseeing front desk staff and operations, along with working Front Desk Duties as needed
- Solid Customer Service skills.
Compensation Based On Experience And Final Job Responsibilities.Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
