Stronger together, we promote an environment where individuals can thrive.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director, Global Sales Bid Management, the Sales Bid Coordinator position is key to providing a professional service supporting the origination and successful completion of sales bids and tenders. Requiring a collaborative approach and a high standard of communication (both verbal and written), responsibilities will include:

- Working with Sales and Client Managers, under the supervision of the Director of Global Sales Bid Management, to develop, coordinate, and prepare formal global sales bid submissions in a timely and commercially successful manner
- Supporting the sales teams in the bid qualification decision process
- Facilitating preparations for the bid / no bid and price/offer stages of the global bid process.
- Help develop and maintain an effective database of bid responses, liaising with other departments, teams, and subject matter experts globally to collate winning approaches to formal bids.
- Set deadlines for sales bid content and information to be received and manage these deadlines, communicating accordingly.
- Ensure relevant and high-quality input from various stakeholders, technical, commercial, legal, and financial subject matter experts, and other capabilities across the organization globally.
- Support origination activities, access tender documentation via online portals, distribute to crucial bid team members, check live bid portals, and update the bid team on new opportunities and changing requirements.
- Support the Director of global Sales Bid Management with administrative tasks to ensure an efficient bid management process globally.
- Diligently grow energy market and internal capability knowledge, seeking to utilize such insight in global sales bid origination.
- Provide help occasionally, along with the rest of the sales and marketing teams, with general support at busy times.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in energy and energy markets, both traditional and sustainable.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and most databases
- Work well in a fast-paced, sales performance-related environment to formal and immovable deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including multiple time zones. This position requires occasional work outside of regular office hours.
- Ability to collaborative approach and willingness to work with different cultures and nationalities to achieve challenging objectives.
- Must have excellent verbal and written presentation skills and a commercial inclination
- Can communicate with a range of stakeholders in many countries in English.
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce and Box platform.
- Experience working within the energy sector
- Experience within a sales bid environment
- Language skills other than English
