What will you be doing?Reporting to the Manager, Global Employee Experience, The Global Employee Experience Coordinator is a detail-oriented and highly organized professional responsible for coordinating Global Employee Experience Programs.

What will you be doing?Reporting to the Manager, Global Employee Experience, The Global Employee Experience Coordinator is a detail-oriented and highly organized professional responsible for coordinating Global Employee Experience Programs.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the objectives of Global Employee Experience to support the strategy and goals of the organization
- Understand the importance of maintaining ongoing business relationships with colleagues and external partners
- Maintain and support content such as decks and overviews, along with materials for programs, meetings, and conferences
- Collaborate with proper stakeholders to ensure an exceptional employee experience before, during and after events.
- Support participants and events through reservations, catering, and other hosting needs.
- Maintain internal mailboxes, communication platforms and calendars to support employee communications and awareness
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred or combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal time management skills and organization
- Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast-paced, communicative culture
- Ability to embrace change and support multiple groups at one time

- Proven experience leading and managing a team

- Strong Change Management skills
- Solid understanding of EE technical skills including skill in MultiMedia and LMS systems
