The impact you will have:

• Review and potentially optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors.
• Approve purchases of the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts.
• Approve purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services.
• Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
• Instruct staff on methods of negotiation, renegotiation and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors and other representatives.
• Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
• Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.
• Manage just-in-time inventory.
• Final oversight for refund cases.
• Flag alerts safety net to confirm what we pay to customer.
• Fraud history with customer.
• Take refunds, do checks send to partners to go to banks for payment.
• Catch flags and communicate with other departments such as security, etc. - esp with fraud cases.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related experience; or High School diploma or GED and 3-5 years of related experience.
• Prior experience in finance, quality assurance, policy compliance, and/or customer service.
• Familiarity with sales or service operations of electronic goods manufacturers and sellers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
