We are looking for:

We are looking for a SAS Technical Administration Consultant/Architect who will be responsible for delivering consulting and implementation services, encompassing requirements gathering, analysis, solution development, knowledge transfer, and project closeout.

The role involves on-site and remote customer engagement, supporting activities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while being involved in various prototypes presentation.

The impact you will have:

• Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality outputs for assigned projects, utilizing expertise in specific SAS technologies, solutions, methodologies, and project management.
• Involved in SAS Container Run Time Interface.
• Transform Scripts to provision cloud infrastructure resources for VM ware.
• Ansible Files to apply in K8 cluster.
• Work on static or assignable IP addresses for Load Balancer in IP address.
• Work with Docker Containers in SAS Platform while managing OpenShift Cluster.
• Manage operational workloads within the SAS environment, including data extracts for downstream reporting and integration into other systems.
• Transition SAS Infrastructure from VM-based to Container-based architecture, leveraging OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) with integrated Kubernetes (K8) and Docker.
• Provide technical support for sales opportunities, including Proof of Concept and solution demonstrations.
• Maintain core operational workloads within SAS native environments.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation such as requirements, design, administration, and user guides.
• Participate in product and solution training to maintain in-depth knowledge of SAS offerings.
• Collaborate on consulting and special projects as assigned.
• Lead customer sessions for requirements gathering data analysis, reporting, and knowledge transfer.
• Strong use of Kubernetes and Linux , HELM , METALLB , Terraform.

What we are looking for:

• 8-10 years of experience driving setup and configuration of OpenShift and Kubernetes containers.
• Bachelor's Degree required - Master's preferred.
• End-to-end software implementation experience.
• SAS Architect with experience in deployment setup and collaboration with containerization engineers and infrastructure architects.
• Expertise as an environment infrastructure architect, ensuring deployment standards compliance.
• Proficiency in SAS Programming, SAS Studio, and Visual Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, peripheral technologies, and implementation best practices.
• Background in SAS administration and configuration tuning.
• Experience configuring software on OpenShift with Kubernetes.
• Ability to integrate external technologies with SAS solutions.
• Familiarity with Isilon NAS as a storage layer.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Service Providers (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with Celebrious.
• Technical proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, or ETL tools.
• Knowledge of cloud ecosystems, SAS code, or SAS products.
• Experience in designing and implementing solution migration processes.
• Working knowledge of Isilon Network Attached Storage (NAS) from Dell EMC
