TITLE: Financial Analyst - Logistics GL (KB)

POSITIONTYPE: Full Time (W2)

LOCATION: Santa Ana, CA

ABOUT WorldLink:

• Perform financial forecasting, annual and/or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Perform month-end closing process.
• Inventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statement.
• Analysis on Inventory movements and return, grading, and disposal process.
• Perform GL account reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged items.
• Support external and internal audit / risk management requirements as needed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

• 0-3 years experience in a business finance or logistics environment.
• Bachelor's Degree
• General knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain (preferred).
• Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP (preferred).

Necessary Skills and Attributes:

• Self-motivated individual with the ability tothrive in a team-based or independent environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Limited supervision and the exercise ofdiscretion.
• Korean Bilingual is required - ability to communicate with HQ in Korea and receive data written in Korean.
• Strong Excel skills are a must.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminalbetween 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time.Requires considerable (90% ) workutilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, andmoderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normallyperiodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectualchallenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Mayrequire working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
