WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our team. You should have a great interest in the Home Appliance (HA) field and have the ability to assemble and disassemble parts. We are seeing a go-getter that is proactive, eager to learn and tenacious. You will need to be a great communicator to be able to communicate ideas and resolutions effectively.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Primarily focus on:
  • Service quality related Analysis.
  • Product quality data analysis with ASR trends of projects/models.
  • Monitorquality case issues by daily tracking tickets.
  • Theme card management ofpending and in progress quality issues. until solutions are found throughcommunication with HQ.
  • Part/Unit retrieval.
  • Weekly and monthly analysis for product quality sensing.Analysis by product, model, and symptoms.
  • Monitor new model quality performance with comparingbenchmark model trends.
  • Coordination of weekly, monthly report andpresentation to all related teams.
  • Conduct new product evaluation processesand testing efforts for continuous improvement in product and service quality.
  • Analyze, evaluate and test various Home ApplianceProduct Categories top symptoms and issues, identify root cause and correctiveactions with internal teams, HQ and Factories.
Required Experience and Education:
  • 0-2 years of experience in an analytics focusedrole.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computerscience, Math or business-related field.
  • Understanding manufacturing, engineering and design.
  • Experience with in home appliance service, analysis,root cause determination and troubleshooting (highly preferred).
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, andPowerPoint.
  • Ability to deep dive to perform root cause analysis.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Ability to understand significant knowledge of homeappliance products as well as the service aspects of the consumer productindustry.
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationshipswith multiple levels within the company and with external contacts includingcustomers, authorized service agents, sales & equipment servicerepresentatives, etc.
  • Ability to identifyand ensure achievement of team goals and to complete individual workassignments within established time frames.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems involvinghighly diverse conditions requiring creativity to search for solutions amonglearned things.
  • Must be able to drive – will occasionally drive(locally) between training facility, warehouse, and office.

Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
