Position Overview: The Inventory Manager is a key member in the IT department and responsible for providing comprehensive people support to the very first WorldSprings in Dallas, TX. The Inventory Manager will oversee and manage all inventory-related activities within the organization. Inventory management will include spa and guest services retail, team member uniforms, technology equipment used by team members, etc.This role involves maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and implementing efficient inventory management practices. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with inventory management software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely replenishment.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to senior management.
• Oversee the inventory management system and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate. Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations related to inventory management.
