Course Curriculum SpecialistWorldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS), an award-winning contracting firm, is recruiting for highly qualified Course Curriculum Specialists to support the development of critical products in alignment with Commander, Navy Reserve Force (CNRF) to support the CNRFC N73 Learning Standards Office including support to Air Logistics Training Center (ALTC) Learning Standards Office in direct support of the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO).

This position is contingent upon contract award.  
Location:Fort Worth, TX
Work Hours: 40 Hours - Full Time 
Period of Performance: September 15th 2024 – This is a 1-year contract with 4 option years 
Expected Start Date: September 15th 2024 

Overview or Scope: The CNRFC N73 Learning Standards Office has the responsibility of Curriculum Control Authority (CCA) for approximately fifty Navy Reserve-specific training courses supporting over 40,000 Reserve Sailors, which includes the evaluation of training data, training capabilities and interfaces, the revision of all currently developed training courses, the development of new training courses and training materials and to conduct technical analysis and evaluations as it relates to Navy Reserve training and education. The continuation of contractor support for planning, development, evaluation and implementation of training tools that are designed to improve efficiency and value of the Navy Reserve Training Programs is required to sustain the N73 support to the CNRFC.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Design and develop comprehensive course curricula for various subjects and grade levels
  • Provide data entry services to enter approved course information into any other identified electronic systems as required by CNRFC and higher authority
  • Analyze and assess curriculum needs to align with educational standards and objectives
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness
  • Integrate innovative teaching methods and technology into the curriculum
  • Develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools that support curriculum goals
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of curricula to reflect changes in standards, educational research, and feedback
  • Provide training and professional development for teachers on new curricula and instructional strategies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented curricula through data analysis and feedback collection
  • Ensure curricula comply with state and federal education regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with educational stakeholders to align curriculum development with institutional goals
  • Create and maintain documentation for all curriculum projects, including guidelines, objectives, and evaluation criteria
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in education to continuously improve curriculum quality
Requirements: 
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Course Curriculum Specialist
  • Evidence of experience with:
    • Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) Content Planning Module/Learning Object (CPM/LO)
    • Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC)
    • enterprise Naval Training Reservation System (eNTRS)
    • Corporate enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS)
    • Fleet Training Management and Plannmatiering System (FLTMPS)
    • Standard Training Activity Support System (STASS)
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to create an effective learning environment. 
    Desired:
    • A degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related major from an accredited university
    • Previous experience with the Navy or defense organizations. 
  • Relevant certifications to instructional materials design including, but not limited to: 
    • PMP Certification
    • Certificates in eLearning or Curriculum Design
