POSITION SUMMARY
A Mobile Service Technician performs repairs And / Or maintenance on Heavy and Medium Duty vehicles at various locations away from the dealership.
Holds responsibility for maintaining a client’s fleet at their specific location or performs emergency repairs in the field.
This position MUST be committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience which includes booking appointments, asking for additional business and develops / maintains relationships with customers.
The potential candidate, under minimal supervision, will perform all functions of a fully qualified heavy and medium duty truck repair technician.
Travel within the designated region as required, will work in the shop when no road work is available.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES / ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Reports directly to the Service Manager or Designee daily to work out day-to-day tasks.
