With office locations in North Carolina, Idaho, the Philippines and Dubai, the company is growing rapidly and expanding at all locations. This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Candidate Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and analyzing marketing efforts from WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions for nursing candidates around the world, to apply and accept placements with US employers.

In this role, you will plan, execute, and analyze marketing efforts across paid advertising campaigns on social media and various digital platforms. This role will also be responsible for developing organic tactics to support Marketing, Candidate Engagement, and Operations.

The position reports to the VP of Marketing. Within the organization, the position has primary working relationships with Marketing, Recruiting, Candidate Engagement, IT, and our team in the Philippines. Externally, the position would work with our agency and consulting partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive health care staff applications, and to keep them engaged with the company during the recruitment and placement process.
• Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, creative development and advertising efforts across all channels
• Develop applicant and candidate profiles, including marketing plans towards various segments.
• Manage data collection and lead analytics/reporting around candidate recruitment sources and marketing performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor market trends, study audience insights, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in design and messaging across all channels
• Create/build relationships with new nurse applicant facing partners (professional organizations, schools, testing centers).
• Collaborate with team to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement across the organization where possible (including automation, efficiency, data management).

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong skills and proficiency working with Google Platform & Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities
• Maintains an opportunity mindset
• Skill in communicating both professionally and diplomatically with a diverse range of cultural, social, economic and educational backgrounds

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
• Ability to provide strategic direction and create marketing briefs rooted in insights
• Experience in analytics: Data gathering, analysis, reporting
• Experience in social media and digital—paid & organic (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Experience in database management/ CRM (Bullhorn)
• Interest/ experience in Health Care and/or Recruitment
• Interest/ experience in Global Business
