We are looking for an experienced immigration attorney and result-driven leader to join our growing team. As an immigration attorney, you will have responsibilities with both clients (health care providers) and candidates (healthcare professionals immigrating to the USA). With clients, you will assist them in navigating the immigration process, supporting them to hire a variety of different types of healthcare workers on various visa types.
The position reports to the Director of Legal Services. Within the organization, the position has primary working relationships with the legal team, internal client managers, members of our team in the Philippines and with clients.
