Worldwide Medical Staffing, a Joint Commission Certified healthcare staffing agency in Mesa, AZ, is currently seeking a versatile candidate to fill the part-time role of Administrative Assistant and Assistant Credentialing Specialist in our in-person team in Mesa, AZ (US 60/Alma School).
Administrative Assistant & Credentialing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Providing essential administrative support to our team for smooth office operations.
• Credentialing Duties: Assist with the credentialing process, which includes tasks such as:
• Onboarding New Hires: Collecting necessary certification and immunization records.
• Coordinating Applications: Documenting received certifications and communicating with clients.
• Verifying Affiliation and Work History.
• Monitoring Certification Expiration Dates: Notifying employees of upcoming expirations at the 45 and 30-day marks.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize while handling multiple files.
• Strong computer and organizational skills for maintaining the employee credential database.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details:

• Work Schedule: Full or Part-Time Available, Mon-Friday
• Compensation: Hourly Pay: $18-$21 per hour
