The Toolroom GF must have the ability follow Material Management direction; review and interpret tool
specifications; be familiar with jobsite safety plan; enforce safe practices; be familiar with work assigned and ensure
that all work meets or exceeds the standards; take responsibility and accountability for their work; motivate
employees; and support his/her immediate supervisor in any possible manner to effectively perform their duties.
The Toolroom GF will oversee the small equipment, tools, and goods in a tool room. Duties include overseeing check
in and check out procedures of tools to craft members. Oversee and coordinate cleaning, inspection, and, if necessary,
repair equipment/tools. Responsibilities include working to maintain tools, document new requests for purchase of
tools and consumables, expediting, repairs, and source any additional tools that craft might need to complete a
project. The GF will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory of consumables, and min/max requisitoning and
working with Field Procurement reorder processes.

Toolroom Reporting e.g. Daily, Weekly and Monthly
Prepare Field Requisitions for tools, PPE and Consumables working with Field Procurement
