Responsibilities :

• Moves and stages material as scheduled for optimum machine efficiency.
• Packages finished product for shipment
• Follow customer specifications when packaging material
• Band steel
• Build skids
• Quality inspections of material (tape measure skills, check weight using scale, check for defects)
• Use oracle system to determine how to package material (how many coils per skids, how should it be banded, what paper to use etc.
• Use overhead crane to move material off machine and ready to package

• Monthly rotating shift schedule! Must be available for all 3 shifts. 1st shift 1 month, 2nd shift 1 month, 3rd shift 1 month, then back to 1st, keeps rotating.
