Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. is looking for a full time Web Sales Assistant to join our team in Worthington, MN. Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders from eBay and internet and answer questions as needed.
• Process credit card payments.
• Enter/Submit purchase orders via phone, fax, e-mail or online order entry for the above mentioned parts requests.
• Track all purchase order exceptions (i.e. product availability, excessive lead-times, shipping errors, shipping damage claims, billing errors, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
• Frequent bending and filing
• Ability to concentrate on data entry
• May be subject to stress due to deadlines
• Deal with a variety of people on various issues

Credentials and Experience:

• GED or high school diploma - prefer previous related experience
• Proficient with Dynamics a plus
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and general data entry skills
• Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices
