As a Behavior Technician (RBT) you're a key player in helping children learn new skills while addressing any behaviors that can be barriers to their independence! Your day-to-day tasks involve working collaboratively with your team and putting personalized behavior plans into action.

What makes Woven Care different:

  • We serve over 3000 children and families each year!
  • Guaranteed 30 hours paid per week for RBTs: All full-time Team Members receive 30-40 hours per week, regardless of client cancellations (*based on work attendance and performance).
  • Hourly pay rate remains consistent through schedule changes.
  • Constant line of communication with your team and supervising BCBA® who are invested in your success.
  • Full training support. We pay for your training, and certification exam and compensate you for your training time.

Compensation range:
  • $17.50-$21.50/hour based on experience with bonus opportunities each month
  • Equal pay for billed and non-billed hours

RBT Responsibilities:
  • Implement personalized ABA programs and interventions supervised by BCBA®s, emphasizing skill development and behavior reduction.
  • Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching.
  • Collect accurate data on client behaviors and maintain session notes using a tablet device.
  • Provide high-quality clinical services for optimal client progress and treatment integrity.
  • Collaborate with ABA team members and interdisciplinary service providers for skill mastery and generalization.
  • Respond promptly to feedback, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay current on technical knowledge through required training.
  • Obtain Crisis Management training (e.g., Safety Care) certification provided by team.
Physical requirements:
  • Teammates will also be expected to be able to engage in activities such as kneeling, squatting, transitioning between standing and floor positions, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50lbs, executing lateral and backward pivots or shuffles, running distances up to 100ft, and standing for at least 15 minutes.
