The Role
Key responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership in the Atlanta office and other colleagues as needed.
  • Prepare and review expense reports, book travel, and assist with meeting preparation and breakdown.
  • Plan, order, and oversee lunches and other office events.
  • Aiding in the process of coordinating meetings and booking conference rooms.
  • Assisting with vendor and purchase order requests.
  • Acting as the Atlanta Office subject matter expert, triaging, and developing an action plan for any request.
  • Handling and supporting additional tasks and projects as needed.
Skills & Experience:
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an office environment as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or executive assistant.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, analyze data, and complete projects and assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Great can-do attitude combined with a strong work ethic; able to go with the flow.
  • Strong ethics and integrity, including the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality,.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Willing to come into the office at least three times per week.
