Job Summary: WrightWay Emergency Services is seeking an experienced Restoration Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs in homes and businesses after initial mitigation work has been completed. This role is crucial in helping our clients transition from recovery to a fully restored and comfortable living or working space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hang, finish, and texture drywall in accordance with industry standards.
- Perform professional painting services to match existing surfaces and aesthetic requirements.
- Conduct finish carpentry work, including but not limited to trim installation, door setting, and hardware fitting.
- Install cabinetry and other fixtures with attention to detail and alignment with design specifications.
- Ensure all repair work meets or exceeds WrightWay's commitment to excellence and safety.
- Collaborate with the project management team to complete repairs on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and responding to any concerns or questions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in home repair or a related field.
- Proficiency in drywall, painting, finish carpentry, and cabinetry installation.
- A strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
