We are looking for a detail oriented, customer service focused, hard worker who has a passion for taking care of people.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with customers about the service and maintenance needs of their vehicles, including timing and costs for repairs and maintenance.

Training provided for self-motivated learners.

Duties:
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Greet customers and check-in
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs (using technician recommendations) and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Handle customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto service management, customer service, or sales is required
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is required
- Quick learner with multi-tasking ability or extremely organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
