Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Schedule:

· A hybrid schedule (two days remote, three days in person) becomes available after 6 months.

· The typical schedule is from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with one Saturday per month from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in a call center setting .

Essential Job Duties

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding support and resolve inquiries.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and positivity in every interaction.
  • Utilize your high energy and passion for helping others to create memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • · High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • · 2-3 years of service industry experience, excelling in cross-selling products and building customer relationships
  • · Passion for working with people.
  • · Ability to think critically and creatively, offering customized solutions.
  • · Ability to utilize and adapt quickly to existing and new technology tools and platforms.
  • · Strong in customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
  • · Proactive in identifying member needs and fostering a service-oriented culture.

Requirements:

  • Genuine love for interacting with people from all walks of life.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically have average hearing and finger dexterity to write, type, and handle the phone and administrative duties.
  • Perform regular repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers.
