The Warehouse Solutions Coordinator is the first line of defense at WSI Sauk Village fulfillment center for examining and solving problems, and actively communicating to internal teams and external customers with updates, findings, and resolutions. This role is hands-on at the warehouse and requires someone who loves digging into exceptions (issues), prioritizing based on severity, and driving to closure. This position also monitors special projects and provides ongoing project updates to customers. Enthusiastic collaboration with other stakeholders and communication are key for this role. This full-time hourly position will report to the Facility Manager.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Owns all communications from customers and internal teams regarding exceptions and special projects.
• Maintains position as First Responder at the site level to all communications within one hour during the business day.
• Works promptly to provide all needed information to customer to address exceptions and provide updates on any special projects.
• Owns exceptions and quickly drives them to closure while maintaining progress/status communications with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Builds and strengthens trust and partnership with customers and internal teams (e.g., customer service and IT).
• Identifies and solves recurring problems with the ability to provide continuous improvements and long-term solutions to processes.
• Collaborates and works closely with Leads to understand problems and barriers occurring in picking, packing, and special projects.
• Tracks exceptions in a log to identify and monitor trends.
• Monitors inventory health and status by completing counts as required.
• Fosters a safe, positive, inclusive, and equitable work environment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years’ experience working in a fulfillment operation and working with a warehouse management system.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory control, the pick/pack process, and the inbound process.
• Collaborative, good problem-solving, and high attention to detail.
• Must be able to pay active attention to communication channels (email, phone, Slack, etc.).
• Ability to communicate effectively through writing and via phone with customers and team members.
• Ability to describe problems and resolutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Bi-lingual, English and Spanish Preferred
