Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide on-site project leadership by applying financial acumen to meet client goals
- Display superior work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive results as a team
- Work with all WT Practive Areas to develop business, prepare proposals, and “front” for the firm
- Develop procedures and winning strategies to guide team to project execution
- Actively track each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical path; provide and acqurire information from Principal-In-Charge and Principal
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Prepare/update project status reports, process invoies, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
- Excellent organization and communication; can build rapport easily with both clients and team
- Proficiency in the use and application of project technology as required for assigned projects.
- Professional demeaner to thoroughly present projects to a range of professionals including clients, departmental leaders, and C-level management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Organizational Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Minimum of (10) years’ related experience required preferably in an Engineering or Construction setting.
