## Job Summary We are currently looking for a dedicated Supervisor/Supervisor to oversee construction projects at our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. ## Duties - Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on-site - Coordinate with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks - Oversee the construction site to ensure safety regulations are followed - Manage project timelines and budgets effectively - Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking - Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities - Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality control - Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors for project requirements ## Experience - Prior experience in construction management is essential - Proficiency in using tools like Ohmmeter and HeavyBid for estimating and bidding processes - Strong budgeting skills to monitor project expenses efficiently - Familiarity with various construction management software applications - Excellent communication and leadership abilities Join our team as a Supervisor/Supervisor, where you can showcase your expertise in construction management and contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
