WTW is Hiring a Business Solutions Support Near Dallas, TX

This role will be responsible for directly supporting the Director of Business Solutions. Day to day responsibilities will include: Real Estate Platform management and development, Training Assistance, Financial Reporting, Schedule management and REHL Intranet Management.

The Role
  • Assistance with the rollout and maintenance of the Real Estate Platform
  • Manipulation and standardization of client data for account onboarding
  • Responsible for standardized reporting of Real Estate Platform Data
  • Responsible for the logging of Real Estate Platform Defects and Feature Requests
  • Assistance with training and development of the Real Estate Platform
  • Responsible for sourcing monthly backup related to RAFT Updates
  • Responsible for pulling various production and financial reports from EPIC and PowerBI
  • Assistance in developing solutions for new and existing client problems across servicing, broking and operations
  • Allocation development and training
  • Assist with training SOPs to Client Service and Broking Colleagues
  • Relationship management with core WTW Service Centers: NAC, Certificate Center, GSD, Finance, Risk Intelligence Central, Analytics
  • Responsible for Benchmarking Reporting from PowerBI and Real Estate Platform
  • Assistance in training and curriculum development for GSD Colleagues
  • Drive Real Estate Platform Adoption across Service and GSD colleagues
  • Develop and implement SOPs for all aspects of our business
  • Maintenance of REHL Intranet Pages
The Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license as required by state law
  • Commercial P&C insurance knowledge/experience is required and previous success in client facing work strongly preferred
  • 5 years' work experience in Real Estate Client Servicing
  • Detail oriented and advanced organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to include phone conversation, email communication, and written presentations skills
  • Technology acumen to adapt to multitude of technology-based systems (Epic, RMS, FileMaker, Broking Platform, PowerBI, etc)
  • Advanced Real Estate Allocation Experience
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills in the face of changing deadlines and workloads
  • Ability to work independently, yet actively and appropriately engage the services provided by "extended team members" across the Shared Service Centers and Teams
  • Problem solving abilities, including critical thinking, research, quantitative skills, creativity
  • Basic to Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills to include email, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Word skills to include: formatting, Tables, Table of Contents, Headers, Footers and Review capabilities
  • Excel skill capabilities to include: data entry, formatting
  • Exposure to Excel formulas and Pivot table creation/manipulation a plus
  • Must successfully complete appropriate licensing exam(s) and/or maintain required licensing by completing various Continuing Education activities as needed. If already licensed, must be able to show valid confirmation of current licensing status.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
