Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das AufgabengebietIT Administrator (m/w/d)
AUFGABEN
- Beratung der Beschäftigten beim effektiven, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Einsatz von IT-Ressourcen
- technische Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern an Hard- und Softwarekomponenten im Rahmen des First und Second Level Support
- Erstellen und pflegen von Dokumentationen, im Zusammenhang mit technischen Abläufen sowie zur Lösung bereits bekannter Probleme
- Schnelle Einarbeitung in und Anwendung von internen Vorgaben , u. a. zum behördlichen Datenschutz und Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten
- vor Ort und Remote: remote nach Absprache möglich
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in oder eine adäquate, vergleichbare IT-bezogene Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung bei IT-Infrastruktur
- Fachkenntnisse in Windows 10, Standardsoftware und mobiler IT
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Softwareverteilungssystemen wie SCCM und dem Microsoft Active Directory Verzeichnisdienst
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an der technischen Rufbereitschaft setzen wir voraus
- grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Festanstellung und Festes Monatsgehalt
