Wunderkind is Hiring a Senior Marketing & Community Manager Near New York, NY

Who we are:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing and Community manager to lead our marketing efforts and support the strategic initiatives in growing the Digital Executive Network (the DEN).
The DEN is the single best network for consumer executives today: it is a "who's-who" in the digital commerce industry.
This role will be pivotal in driving our marketing strategy, managing our events, overseeing our digital presence, and maintaining an effective content calendar. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of delivering well built marketing campaigns and events that enhance our brand and engage our executive members.
This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial team. You will wear many hats and be part of establishing a unique member experience to build the DEN into a global premier business networking community for consumer-focused executives. We're looking for people who aren't afraid to dive deep, set the bar for excellence and have full ownership over their impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Events Management:
  • Plan, organize, and execute high-quality events for our members (virtual or in-person).
  • Proactively think of new ideas for topics and guest speakers to host the DEN Talks virtual events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Develop event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee the network's digital marketing strategy, including website management, social media and email campaigns.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
  • Responsible for KPIs including member engagement, satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the DEN's Social Media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn) which includes posting commentary, content, organizing recommendations, posting job openings, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local members to remain abreast of member feedback, ideas, and opportunities to collaborate.
  • Build landing pages, event pages, and forms in Hubspot.
  • Create email marketing communications in collaboration with Content Marketing Team.
Content Calendar Management:
  • Help create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the network's marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to produce high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters...
  • Identify key members to participate in member spotlight podcast; prep interview questions, coordinate schedules.
  • Ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across all platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a membership-based organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong event and project and budget management expertise with experience running events from ideation through execution.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to be a persuasive communicator; proven experience articulating strategic concepts, project planning, and execution, to all audiences including c-level executives.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with high degree of autonomy.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce and/or Notion not required but preferred.
  • Strong analytical skill set with ability to track and manage relevant KPIs
  • Knowledge of marketing technology, Retail and B2B SaaS applications
The base salary range for this role is $92,000 - $129,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
