Order Handling:

• Verify loading dates on customer orders.
• Printing all customer orders according to the Shipping Schedule.
• Ensure backorders are printed.
• Research inventory discrepancies from orders.
• Communicate exports updates to import/export coordinator.
• Update Exports Log Sheet (exports).
• Processing of orders in SAP.
• Scan picking slips to the corresponding folder

Picking:

• Picking of daily, monthly, export orders (Shelves only).
• Picking items correctly and accurately from location specified on work order.
• Packaging items and labeling shipping units according to company policy.

Shipping:

• Processing of UPS shipments.
• Create shipping documents (BOL, SLI, IMO, etc...).
• Schedule all pickups (exports and domestic).
• Ensure proper loading of trucks with outgoing goods.
• Scan signed copy of the BOL to the corresponding distribution list.

Deliveries and Receiving:

• Direct drivers to the corresponding loading dock for both pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure that the visitors log is filled out.
• Instruct the team when and where to load and unload shipments.
• Verifying pallet/box count, condition of incoming goods, etc. during delivery.
• Documenting Inbound deliveries.
• Printing Transfer Orders (TO).
• Notification of procurement if items are missing or in case of discrepancies.
• Confirm TO after storage of items in warehouse is
• After confirming, scan the TO to the corresponding folder.

Inventory:

• Participating in monthly inventory.
• Relabeling and repacking of goods.
• Keeping assigned aisles/areas clean and organized.

Safety:

• Compliance with company safety rules.
• Completion of trainings (Hazcom, Hazmat shipments, etc.).

Key User:

• Creation and maintenance of process documents.
• Escalate and resolve system issues.
• Assist in testing, training and rollout of new or modified funtions in SAP.
