Operations Director

As the Operations Director at Leaseweb USA, you will oversee the nationwide operations across our 10 data centers, managing infrastructure, network operations, technical support, and more. You'll be instrumental in achieving our company objectives by defining and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and growth.
As a key member of the management team, the Operations Director plays a critical role in shaping the operational vision and strategy of Leaseweb USA. Internally, they collaborate with all departments, and externally, they engage with customers, service providers, suppliers, and local authorities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the DC OPS team to maintain data center infrastructure, ensuring delivery to internal and external customers across all 10 US data centers.
2. Lead the Network, Customer Support, Logistics and Service Delivery, and Advanced Services teams.
3. Contribute to business strategy formulation and translate it into clear objectives for the Operations Department.
4. Define and execute operational strategies to meet company targets, effectively managing resources and direction.
5. Manage team performance, focusing on development, coaching, hiring, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
6. Drive high levels of customer satisfaction, measured by Net Promoter Score.
7. Foster collaboration with other departments within Leaseweb USA and globally, while managing supplier contracts and relationships.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
•10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on technical expertise and individual contribution
•Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
•Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Experience in the hosting/technology industry preferred
•Dynamic and collaborative work environment
